Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Engineer with 2 to 4 years of industry experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and development of innovative products and components, ensuring high performance, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:Develop 2D and 3D models, detailed drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality to deliver product designs that meet specifications and cost targets. Perform engineering calculations and tolerance analysis to ensure robust design. Participate in design reviews, prototyping, and product testing. Interpret and apply industry standards and regulatory requirements. Implement design changes based on feedback, test results, and customer requirements. Support product lifecycle management, including revisions and documentation updates. Investigate and resolve engineering and production issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in design and development processes. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a design engineering role. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solidedge). Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication. Experience with FEA/CAE tools is a plus. Strong understanding of GD&T, materials, and mechanical design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
