Department Manager

We MSP Retail Pvt Ltd, Franchisee of Max Fashions India is looking for an experienced and motivated Department Manager to join our team in Calicut, Kannur Thrissur and Malappuram region. As a Department Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring operational excellence. You will manage a team of associates, maintain inventory, create strategies to meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the department, including overseeing team members and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed departmental goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to promote product sales and brand identity.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and stock is properly displayed, ensuring product availability for customers.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions and in-store events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, sales strategies, and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
