Title: Delphi Developer Location: Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Noida Educational Background: Bachelor's/Masters/Professional Degree Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Delphi. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications. - Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met. - Analyze system requirements and develop software solutions that meet business needs. - Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members. - Estimate the time required to complete development tasks and report progress to project manager. - Help mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. Skills Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5-6 years of experience in software development, specifically with Delphi. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Experience with SQL Server is a plus.,
