Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Daycare Teacher to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care
• Organize age-appropriate educational activities, games, and creative projects
• Encourage social, emotional, and intellectual development through play and structured learning
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children’s progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
• Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and nap supervision

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field)
• Prior experience working with young children is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic understanding of child development and classroom management
