Build and maintain model pipelines: data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment. Develop NLP models to extract, classify, and interpret clinical and operational data from free-text sources. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate to improve accuracy, precision, and recall. Document experiments, methodologies, and findings to ensure traceability and reproducibility. Contribute to ML Ops efforts to ensure scalable, robust, and production-ready model deployments. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
