WHAT YOU’LL DO • Collaborate with the product management team to define product metrics, set and own instrumentation across products. • Track and analyze key business verticals, identify areas of growth, driving goals for business and product owners. • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on user experience and behavior, product and business performance metrics. • Develop and maintain product and business dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders. • Assist in prioritization of product features with data driven insights. • Collaborate with the engineering teams to provide clear requirements and specifications for product development. • Participate in product testing and quality assurance to ensure product functionality SKILLSET REQUIRED • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent, preferably in a technical field • 2-3 Years of experience in a data specific role (product, business, data analysis). • Strong data acumen and analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights. • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python (or a similar scripting language). • Excellent communication skills to be able to present your analyses in a concise manner, and to drive inter-functional collaboration. • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
