Job Description

Understand the data warehouse concepts
Functional understanding of Manufacturing business process
Experience in writing BRD and STTM
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships
Develop hypotheses to explain observations and recommend solutions
Use statistical methods to analyse data and draw conclusions
Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Generate reports and presentations to share findings with internal and external audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Monitor results of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Maintain knowledge of company products and services
Train new employees on company processes and procedures
Experience in stakeholder management
JIRA product backlog creation and management along with sprint planning
