Role: Customer Support Executive (Fluent in Hindi and English) Company: LYFnGO Technologies Location: Coimbatore, Work From Office Employment Type: Full-Time Contact: chethana.s@rigelsoft.com Notice Period: Immediate joiner - Preferred Job Description: · Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients in Hindi , Tamil and English. · Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering post-sale support and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. · Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to team objectives. · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system. · Prepare regular reports and forecasts to inform management of sales progress and projections.
