Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers- Process customer requests, such as booking changes and cancellations- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in English language (additional languages a plus)- Ability to work in a team environment- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude
