Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Jaipur (Open to PAN India Candidates)

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Shift: Night Shift & Rotational Shifts (24/7 Operations)
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC/month
Relocation: Candidates from Delhi, Indore, Bhopal, Lucknow, Chandigarh, and other cities are welcome to apply.
Cab Facility: Night shift cab provided (7:00 PM to 6:00 AM)

Job Role

We’re hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for a leading International BPO process based out of Jaipur. If you have a passion for communication and wish to grow in a professional support environment, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer queries.
• Deliver professional and quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow communication scripts and processes effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO/Voice Process.
• Excellent English communication skills – C1 level on Versant.
• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (Relocation assistance can be discussed).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
