Customer Support Associate

As a Marketing Support Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing and sales functions by managing customer interactions, maintaining lead records, and generating performance reports. Your responsibilities will include handling multiple chat and call interactions efficiently and professionally, delivering clear and effective responses to customer inquiries, and utilizing CRM platforms to track, update, and manage customer leads and interactions. You will be expected to ensure all lead data is accurately recorded, generate regular lead reports, assist in data analysis and reporting, and support the marketing team in various activities as required. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, have a basic understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office, and ideally, have foundational knowledge of IT products and services. Prior experience in call handling or customer service will be advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential for this position.
