Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for a dynamic CSM whose confident with communication and passionate about social media. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving customer retention. The role includes analyzing customer data, developing strategies to improve customer experience, and providing exceptional customer service to maximize customer success. You should be familiar with platforms like Instagram, Linkedin and Youtube Shorts and be comfortable helping clients navigate and optimize their presence on these platforms.
