Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Assam, India. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer support activities, providing effective customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer calls, addressing complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer accounts.

• Experience in managing Customer Service Representatives
• Ability to provide an exceptional Customer Experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Assam, India
• Experience in the construction or mining industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in customer service or related field
