Customer Service Representative- Female

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your job will be to assist them with queries, provide information, and ensure a smooth and positive experience across various channels — phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to address questions and resolve concerns
• Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using our internal systems
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
• Deliver timely and professional customer service

Who Can Apply:

• Fresh graduates (Any stream) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
