Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and prevent churn. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Identify and address customer concerns and complaints. Develop and deliver customer retention programs and initiatives. Track and measure the success of customer retention efforts. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in customer retention.
