Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our dynamic call center team. This role is crucial in establishing, nurturing, and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive support, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through their real estate journey from initial interest to post-sale engagement. This is not a cold-calling role; rather, it focuses on managing and growing existing or warm leads/clients within our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Proactively call and engage with a designated portfolio of clients (warm leads, existing clients, and referrals) to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and long-term goals.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport and trust with clients through consistent and effective communication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Regularly follow up with clients on ongoing property searches, project updates, and post-sale requirements.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Provision:
  • Conduct in-depth discussions to identify client requirements for residential, commercial, or investment properties.
  • Provide expert information on various properties, projects, locations, pricing, and market trends.
  • Recommend suitable real estate solutions tailored to individual client needs and financial capabilities.
  • Sales Support & Conversion:
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team by qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and facilitating meetings for property viewing.
  • Assist clients in understanding the buying/leasing process, legal formalities, and documentation.
  • Work towards achieving client satisfaction and contribute to lead conversion and revenue generation targets.
  • Database Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, communications, and progress in the CRM system
  • Generate regular reports on client engagement, lead status, and relationship health.
  • Identify and report on recurring client issues or trends to improve service delivery.
  • Market Knowledge & Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, property developments, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and communication skills to provide superior client service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, client relations, or sales role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable but not mandatory if strong relationship management skills are demonstrated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in -English and Hindi.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
