1. Experience in order processing & management
2. To handle Order acknowledgement and Proforma invoice
3. Good understanding and knowledge in processing invoices ,dispatch
instructions and domestic shipments
4. Knowledge in SAP ERP preferred
5. Good experience in stake holder management
6. Provide order status /stock updates, addressing enquiries, and resolving
issues
7. Payment follow ups ,to work with finance/customers and Sales team for
shipment clearances
8. Knowledge in import shipments
9.Should have good written and verbal communication skills
10. Should be a good team player
