Job Description: Make outbound cold calls to US customers to promote products or services. Build interest, generate leads, and set appointments while maintaining clear and professional communication. Key Responsibilities: Make cold calls to potential US customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce products or services and explain benefits clearly. Handle objections and engage customers in conversation. Record call details and update lead status accurately. Meet targets for calls, leads, and appointments. Follow US process guidelines and maintain call quality. Work in night shifts to match US time zones. Requirements: Strong English communication and persuasion skills. Experience in international cold calling or sales process preferred. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts. Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge is a plus. Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B or B2C cold calling (US market). Familiarity with sales scripts and lead generation techniques.
