What You’ll Be Doing:
• Handling inbound calls for all locations.
• Help guests choose the perfect cakes and process the orders efficiently.
• Take and manage orders end-to-end.
• Suggest best-sellers and offers like a sales pro.
• Handle feedback gracefully and solve customer issues smoothly.
• Keep basic records using MS Office (Word & Excel).
