Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end operational processes for our international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to coordinate across teams and time zones to ensure seamless client servicing and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international clients.
  • Coordinate end-to-end operational processes including order management, service delivery, documentation, logistics coordination, and post-delivery support.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, and video calls to ensure clarity, alignment, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (such as logistics, finance, procurement, and customer support) to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
  • Monitor process flows, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, documentation, and client status updates.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and client-specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote trust and long-term partnership.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account coordination, client servicing, or operations management – preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Flexible to work in different time zones, depending on client location.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience handling export/import clients or global operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,052.17 - ₹25,629.01 per month
