As a Senior MS Dynamics professional with 7+ years of experience, your main responsibility will be to lead the effort in designing, building, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics applications (CRM) while acting as the primary point of contact. Your client responsibilities will include translating business requirements into CRM technical designs, as well as configuration requirements. Providing technical estimates for solution implementation is also a key aspect, and senior consultants are expected to excel in estimation methods based on their experience and learnings from multiple projects. Your people responsibilities will involve building a quality culture, fostering teamwork, leading by example, training and mentoring project resources, and participating in organization-wide people initiatives. Key skills required for this role include 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM, good exposure to XRM Implementations, proficiency in at least 3 of the modules in MS Dynamics CRM, data migration experience, prior experience with complex integrations with CRM systems, Agile methodology experience, and presenting effectively to a diverse audience. A degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA with 4 to 8 years of sound industry experience is preferred. Preferred skills for this role include prior experience leading and working with globally distributed teams, experience with agile methodology, MCSE or MCSA certification, multiple end-to-end CRM implementations, CTI Integration experience, MVP Recognition, and FTRSA recognition.
