infrastructure behind flights, hotels, insurance, visas, and more – all through modular APIs

and embeddable frontends. We are building the AWS of travel tech and doing it from India.

We are looking for someone who can:

✅ Handle customer queries with empathy and speed

✅ Manage post-booking operations (flights, hotels, etc.)

✅ Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth resolutions

✅ Think on their feet and hustle when it matters

You will be working directly with our core team, supporting the travel experience of

customers across fintechs, banks, and marketplaces.

Requirements:

✔ Own laptop/desktop with reliable Wi-Fi (30 Mbps+)

✔ Tech-savvy with basic understanding of flight/hotel bookings

✔ Strong English communication – both written and verbal

✔ Diploma or graduate degree

Work Hours

🕘 9 am – 9 pm (rotational weekly off; occasional night shifts)
