The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, on-site demonstrations, relationship management, and closing high-value projects for premium residences, hotels, architects, and developers. 🎯 ROLE OBJECTIVE: To identify, engage, convert, and manage high-value clients across the luxury home and commercial automation landscape. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for end-to-end sales ownership — from initial lead generation to technical consultation and project acquisition, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 🔹 Sales & Client Acquisition Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients including homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, and project consultants. Generate leads through field visits, exhibitions, network referrals, and partner channels. Present product demonstrations and propose customized automation solutions.Identify business opportunities by connecting with architects, interior designers, consultants, MEP contractors, builders, hoteliers, and end users. Generate and follow up on new leads via cold calling, networking, social platforms, site visits, exhibitions, and referrals. Regularly scout upcoming residential and commercial developments that fit the profile of automation and AV integration. Schedule and conduct client presentations and product walkthroughs using demo kits, catalogues, and interactive interfaces. 🔹 Technical Understanding & Product Pitching Explain complex systems such as AV, CCTV, access control, home automation, IoT integrations, and networking in a simplified, benefit-focused manner. Stay updated with new technology in automation, lighting controls, smart panels, and IP-based systems. Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for design, proposals, and quotations. 🔹 On-site Visits & Project Mapping Conduct site visits to evaluate scope and execution feasibility. Work closely with the project management team to ensure proper alignment of sales promises and actual deliverables. Conduct need analysis by understanding the client's space, lifestyle, preferences, and budget to offer tailored solutions. Present solutions on smart automation (lighting, HVAC, blinds, scenes), home theatres, multi-room AV, CCTV/IP surveillance, intercoms, Wi-Fi networks, and video door phones. Work collaboratively with the design and technical team to prepare BOQs, 3D walkthroughs, and solution blueprints. Advise on energy-saving options, technology upgradability, and system integration feasibility. 🔹 Client Servicing & Relationship Management Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support in coordination with the service department. Provide excellent after-sales coordination by staying connected through the handover and AMC phase. Address client queries, changes, and upgrade requests professionally and proactively. Build long-term relationships through trust, follow-up, and ongoing engagement. 🔹 Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily visit logs, pipeline reports, client documentation, and CRM records. Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and performance updates. Maintain CRM with updated client status, site visits, proposals, and communications. Submit weekly performance reports, forecast revenue, and pipeline progress. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with high conversion efficiency. 🔹SALES CLOSURE & CONTRACTING Prepare technical and commercial proposals with clarity and accuracy. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines with clients while upholding profitability and service standards. Finalize agreements, AMC plans, and warranties in sync with company policies. Ensure proper documentation, sign-off, and payment structure is established. 🔹SITE VISITS & PROJECT ALIGNMENT Visit client sites during pre-sales and project execution phases to capture exact requirements, take measurements, and coordinate with interior teams. Interpret floor plans, electrical layouts, and AV zone demarcations for system placements. Resolve on-site challenges in coordination with the project engineer and system integrator. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field) Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in field sales within smart home/AV/security/lighting/automation industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent spoken and written English Technically sound with an understanding of smart home products and installation workflows Proven track record in handling luxury clientele and long sales cycles Ability to travel extensively for site visits, meetings and trainings along with attend exhibitions , events and seminars. Highly presentable and good networking skills.
