Job Description

As a Creative Strategist in this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to enhance brand building and engagement on social media platforms. This will involve planning monthly content calendars that align with marketing goals, campaigns, festivals, and current trends. You will be expected to conceptualize campaigns that showcase the unique aspects of jewellery collections such as product stories, craftsmanship, tradition, and luxury. Your role will also entail overseeing content creation and supervision, including leading the creative direction for photoshoots, videos, reels, and campaign content. You will be responsible for ensuring the design and quality of all creatives like banners, posts, stories, thumbnails, and ads are in line with the brand's tone of luxury, elegance, trust, and aspiration. Additionally, you will focus on visual storytelling by developing strong concepts around products and guiding the visual aesthetics to maintain a premium and consistent brand image. As a team leader, you will manage and mentor the creative team, which includes graphic designers, photographers, videographers, content writers, and editors. Coordination with the digital marketing manager, social media managers, and sales teams for campaign alignment will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In terms of brand identity management, you will be tasked with maintaining brand guidelines in all online visual communications and finding innovative ways to keep the brand fresh while upholding a consistent identity. Social media campaign execution will involve collaborating on paid campaign creatives across various platforms and designing engaging campaigns for product launches, festive offers, bridal collections, and events. Staying updated with social media trends, viral content, jewellery trends, and customer preferences will be crucial as you innovate new formats such as reels, challenges, influencer collaborations, and 360 product views. Collaboration with influencers, stylists, and production teams for content execution and support for offline marketing initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. Quality control is essential in this role, requiring you to review and approve all final content before publishing to maintain high creative standards in visuals, typography, color grading, and storytelling. Finally, you will be responsible for analyzing content performance, identifying successful creative formats, designs, and campaigns, and making data-driven improvements for future creative strategies.,
