• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Strong understanding of creative strategy, storytelling, and brand identity
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of designers
• Ability to translate briefs into bold, conversion-driven visual concepts
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration with copy, strategy, and marketing teams
  

• Lead and oversee the creative direction for multiple D2C brand accounts
• Review and refine design output to maintain high creative standards
• Collaborate with copywriters and performance marketers to build effective campaign assets
• Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients
• Guide junior and senior designers with feedback and direction
• Stay updated with design trends and push the creative boundaries for every brief
