Job Responsibilities

Onboarding of New Hires, Documentation, and completing the Exit Formalities for leaving candidates.
Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
Team Formation and Work Culture Development in the organization.
Supporting HR supervisors in maintaining timesheets, leave management, attendance & salary.
Overseeing training and development programs for employees.
Update organization policies and maintain employee records.
Conduct employee engagement and participate in welfare activities.
Managing harmonious employee relations.
Supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts.
Coordinate logistics for new hires and employee training sessions.
Supporting travel arrangements for employees.
Supporting end to end HR admin & operations tasks.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

1- 2+ years of experience with a background in Human resources.
Familiarity with any HRMS software/tool is a plus.
Good eye to detail and judgment is a must.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work from the office in Bengaluru.
Good understanding and experience of MS office like MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Should be flexible to work independently without being followed up.
