Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Course Administrator with at least 2 years of experience to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our training programs. This role is essential to ensuring smooth course delivery and a high-quality learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all courses(English Speaking, Python)
  • Provide administrative support to instructors and students
  • Monitor student progress, attendance, and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to course operations
  • Respond to student inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with instructors to prepare course materials and session plans
  • Support onboarding of new students and trainers
  • Assist in organizing assessments and collecting feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in course administration or academic coordination
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
