Counselor Psychologist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychologist/Counselor to join our student support team. The ideal candidate will help promote students’ mental well-being, manage emotional and behavioral challenges, and support academic success through appropriate counseling interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students.
• Identify emotional, behavioral, or academic issues through observation and interaction.
• Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
• Handle crisis situations and refer to external professionals if needed.
• Conduct workshops for students, parents, and staff on topics like stress management, bullying, peer pressure, and emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Promote inclusive and supportive school culture. Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
