Corporate Mobility Associate- CL 12

As a Corporate Mobility Associate at Accenture, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day Mobility services to personnel traveling to various countries. Your primary role will involve collecting complete documentation from assignees, handling Mobility queries, and ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer Immigration queries through various communication channels. You will assist customers in navigating mobility processes such as visa applications, work permits, relocation services, and travel arrangements. It will be your responsibility to respond to queries on visas within SLA, update trackers and internal Immigration tools, and organize sessions for travelers regarding travel processes. To excel in this role, you must continuously improve your systems knowledge, communication skills, and stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations related to mobility services. Collaboration with internal team members, stakeholders, and management is essential to enhance customer service delivery and improve the overall customer experience. Your professional and technical skills should include excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. You should be willing to take on additional responsibilities, adapt to changing team needs, and draft emails using proper business communication language. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in handling tax, assignments, visas, immigration compliance, and related processes. A university degree is required, and previous experience working with corporates in the field of immigration is preferred.
