Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive / Manager
Location: JaipurDepartment: Sales & MarketingReports To: General Manager / Sales Head
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, andmeeting sales targets by promoting the hotel's rooms, banquets, and other services. You will act asthe main point of contact for corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and more.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate, MICE, wedding, and leisure segments.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, corporates, and eventplanners.- Conduct hotel site inspections and client meetings to showcase property features and services.- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.- Negotiate rates and close group/event bookings effectively.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, packages, and digital outreach.- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular performance reports.- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.- 1-4 years of experience in hotel sales (experience range can vary as per role).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and client servicing abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work under pressure.Preferred Qualities:- Knowledge of local market and corporate networks.- Previous experience in a branded hotel chain is a plus.- Multilingual skills (especially English and Hindi; regional language is a plus).What We Offer:- Competitive salary + incentives/commissions- Performance-based bonuses- Travel allowances (if applicable)- Career growth opportunities within the group
