We are on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Chef/Cook to join our team at Red Hill Nature Resort, a family-run heritage retreat tucked away in the lush hills of Emerald, Ooty.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily resort meals.
• Innovate recipes, plating, and garnishes.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory, ordering, and cleanliness.
• Train and guide kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests to gather feedback and improve food experience.
• Help build Red Hill’s culinary reputation locally and beyond.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in multi-cuisine cooking.
• At least 1 year of experience as a chef/cook (preferred).
• Passion for hospitality and customer experience.
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willing to commit to a minimum 2-year tenure.
