About the Role

We're looking for a Content & Marketing Specialist who loves crafting compelling content and knows how to get it in front of the right audience. You’ll be our go-to person for content writing, SEO, email campaigns, and digital marketing strategy—playing a key role in how we tell our story and grow our brand.

This is an onsite role based in Gurugram, Sector 49, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Write and edit clear, engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, social media, landing pages, and marketing materials

• Own and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth (on-page and off-page) • Run marketing campaigns across digital platforms and social channels

• Collaborate with instructors and internal teams to develop course-related content • Use AI tools smartly—for research or structure—but let your voice lead the content • Analyze content performance and suggest improvements

• Bring fresh ideas to how we communicate, promote, and engage with our learners

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital campaign tools • Some experience or exposure to email marketing (good to have)

• A good grasp of content trends and digital marketing strategies

• Comfortable using AI tools to assist your process, while keeping your voice authentic • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a love for learning

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
