We don’t just sell indulgence - we engineer it and we’re on the hunt for a Content & Community Specialist to build and nurture a tribe of indulgence seekers. Responsibilities - Assist the marketing efforts to plan and execute killer campaigns that drive engagement, brand love, and sales. Craft mind-blowing content that speaks to the hearts of our community. From social media captions, blog posts, and email campaigns to product descriptions and press releases - your words will tell the G.O.A.T. story. Build and nurture a tribe of premium indulgence seekers, both online and offline. If someone loves our brand, they should feel seen, heard, and obsessed. Conceptualise, plan, and execute epic in-store, pop-up, and collab events that turn customers into fans and fans into a movement. Build and nurture relationships with culinary innovators, influencers, artists, and cultural tastemakers who align with the brand. Make every event an experience to remember - pre, during, and post. If people aren’t still talking about it a week later, did it even happen? Collaborate with vendors and external stakeholders - videographers, designers, sound engineers, etc. to make sure everything we put out is chef’s kiss-level aesthetic. Plan social & content calendars that make sense - but also leave room for last-minute WTF genius ideas. Track and analyze performance, tweak strategy, and find ways to constantly level up. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or community engagement (preferably in the food & beverage, lifestyle, or hospitality industries). A playful pen: Your words will make hearts melt and taste buds scream for more. A natural vibe curator: You just know what makes people engage, react, and fall in love with a brand. A social media enthusiast: You understand the dynamics of social media and have a creative flair for creating engagement that talks through the numbers. Community builder at heart: You genuinely care about people. You thrive on building relationships and growing loyal communities. Proactive & organised: You’re a self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and projects. A curious palate: Embrace your adventurous spirit and stay up to date with the latest trends, always searching for new and exciting ways to tickle everyone’s taste buds. Passion for storytelling: You’ll have a knack for capturing and telling the stories behind the greatest treats.
