Job Description

KPMG India is looking for Consultant - SFDC - Functional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed specifications for Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Configuration:

Utilize Salesforce declarative tools to configure and customize solutions based on client requirements. Implement and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules.

System Integration:

Work with technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems. Configure and maintain data integrations, ensuring seamless data flow.

User Training:

Provide training to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices. Create documentation to support user training and adoption.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing of configured Salesforce solutions. Ensure that solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients to demonstrate and validate configured Salesforce solutions. Provide ongoing support and address any issues or enhancements.

Best Practices:

Stay informed about Salesforce best practices and new features. Implement best practices in solution design and configuration.
