As a Lead Consultant & Project Manager at LONVIA, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of building the operating system for human longevity. Partnering with one of India's most visionary luxury real estate developers, you will be instrumental in launching next-generation wellness residences and private members" clubs in Delhi NCR. These spaces will redefine modern longevity living by integrating cutting-edge health diagnostics, smart technology, and world-class hospitality. Your role will involve owning delivery and client leadership for this landmark project, collaborating closely with LONVIA's founders, the client's CEO, architects, designers, and global advisors. You will serve as the bridge between vision and execution, ensuring fast-paced progress and excellent outcomes. Your responsibilities will include driving project planning, coordination, and execution across various streams such as architecture, wellness, diagnostics, and technology. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a top-tier strategy or management consultancy, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record in project management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or health sectors. Your ability to work effectively with demanding clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams will be crucial. Additionally, a deep interest in luxury wellness, real estate, or clinical-grade health services, along with a passion for longevity and preventative medicine, will be highly valued.
