Consultant Dermatologist (Only Female)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented Female Dermatologist Consultant with expertise in skincare, dermatological treatments, and sales consulting. The ideal candidate should be passionate about aesthetic treatments, capable of understanding client needs, providing skincare consultations, and converting leads into sales for our dermatology and aesthetic services.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-depth consultations to clients regarding skin, hair, and aesthetic concernsRecommend suitable treatments based on client needs and dermatological expertiseDrive sales of dermatology and aesthetic procedures, packages, and skincare productsConduct skin analysis using diagnostic tools and explain treatment benefitsFollow up with potential clients to maximize conversion ratesMaintain a high standard of client service and build long-term relationshipsCollaborate with the medical and aesthetic team to ensure seamless treatment executionAchieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIsStay updated with market trends, new technologies, and competitorsHandle client queries and objections confidently with a solutions-driven approach

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of skincare, cosmetic procedures, and dermatological treatmentsUnderstanding of Laser, Botox, Fillers, PRP, and Anti-Aging solutions (training will be provided if required)Strong persuasion and closing skillsComfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven environmentExcellent follow-up and relationship management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,089.15 - ₹80,000.00 per month
