We are looking for a Customer Communication Associate who is detail-oriented, responsible, and fluent in written English. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a home studio-like environment when needed, manage customer communication efficiently, and handle basic data-related tasks. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing email communication with clients in professional English. Coordinate between clients and internal teams for updates and tasks. Enter and maintain accurate customer data and records. Prepare basic reports and summaries from customer feedback or communications. Support the team with administrative and operational tasks. Maintain proper communication logs and ensure timely follow-ups. Uphold data privacy and confidentiality. Requirements: Male candidates only. Comfortable working in a quiet, home-studio-style environment when needed. Strong written and reading skills in English (ability to understand English videos is a plus). Typing proficiency with speed and accuracy. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and manage time effectively. Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service, communication, admin, or office support roles. Familiarity with tools used for email communication and basic digital coordination. Graduate or equivalent education. Any knowledge of video editing or graphic tools is an added advantage.
