Overview:

This is a full-time remote role for a Compliance Officer, located in Dubai. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards, conducting compliance audits, and developing risk management strategies. The role requires working closely with various departments to provide compliance support and guidance.

Experience - 1 to 2 years

Salary - 3 to 4lpa

Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.

· Monitor and assess the company's compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

· Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.

· Provide training to employees on compliance-related matters.

·Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance is integrated into various business processes.

· Investigate and report violations or breaches of compliance.

· Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.

· Assist in responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.

· Review of Company forms and report format, NDA,Contracts/Agreements,articles,vlogs etc.

· Timely Coordination with the Authority for the Compliance matters

· Preparation of documents for the Authority submission for the Risk Assessment, approvals or any the other matters

· Raise SAR,STR, REAR etc.

· Attend Authority Inspections and attend the comments of the inspection to close it within the timeframe

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, or a related field.

· Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.

· Previous experience in a compliance, legal, or audit role is beneficial.
