Position: Counselor (Mobilizer)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: MG Road,Vijayawada
Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

Mobilize and ensure enrolments from surrounding areas.
Engage with potential candidates through fieldwork.
Build relationships with communities, NGOs, schools, and organizations to promote programs.
Conduct awareness sessions and campaigns.
Maintain records of outreach activities and enrolments.
Achieve enrolment targets in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Experience in skill development or education sector preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fieldwork capability.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for social impact.
Open to both male and female candidates.
