Communications Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telephonic Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on selling tickets for various events, including award ceremonies, conferences, and other special occasions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make high volumes of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to sell event tickets.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored event participation solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the events, ticket packages, and promotional offers to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Data Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system, track sales progress, and follow up on leads.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information about events, and resolve any issues related to ticket purchases.
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
