Job Description

Looking for young and Dynamic team for the following locations: BIBINAGAR, BHONGIRI, MIRYALAGUDA, SURYAPET Visit customers who have defaulted on credit card payments as per the assigned bucket. Negotiate with customers to arrive at suitable payment arrangements and settlements. Collect payments and deposit them as per company policy (if applicable). Educate customers on the consequences of non-payment and encourage regular payments. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to collections. Maintain daily collection reports, update visit statuses, and escalate unresolvable cases. Coordinate with the back-end team and supervisors on follow-ups and payment issues. Handle objections and difficult situations professionally and respectfully. Meet collection targets set by the management.
