Cluster Manager

Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement cluster-level sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Align sales objectives with overall company goals across all stores in your cluster.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.

Team Leadership

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals across multiple locations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve productivity and sales skills.
• Coordinate training and development for the sales team.
• Manpower hiring and training.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and track regular sales reports to analyse stores performance .
• Track KPIs such as sales volume, conversion rates, market share, etc.
• Use CRM and sales analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Focus on customer service and standards.
• Standardize best practices across all stores.
• Responsible for staffs attrition and stock management across stores.
