Job Opportunity: Club Manager

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Club Manager to lead operations and elevate member experience at our fitness club.

Qualification: Minimum of 3yrs with Anytime Fitness.

: Kalkaji, New Delhi 💰

Salary

: ₹35,000–₹60,000 + performance-based incentives🔑

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth functioning- Lead and motivate staff to deliver top-tier service- Drive membership sales and referral programs- Ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols- Build strong member relationships and foster a sense of community- Manage CRM systems and resolve operational issues promptly✅

Requirements

:- Minimum 3 years experience in gym. (Anytime Fitness experience preferred)- Strong leadership and organizational skills- Passionate about health, fitness, and member engagement📩
