Closing Manager

Job Title: Closing Manager- Real Estate Company Ridhira Group Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and driven Closing Manager – Sales to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the real estate sector, with hands-on experience in successfully closing sales transactions, managing client relations, and contributing significantly to revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and management to achieve team objectives.  Support clients in complex financial transactions and successful property closing.  Create urgency with clients to facilitate quick closures. Build and maintain strong follow-ups with prospects to shorten decision-making time.  Collaborate with other departments for smooth closures. Understand customer needs and match with the project details, and guide them for sales closer. Analyze sales data to improve performance and drive revenue growth. Key Requirements: Education: MBA (Marketing/Sales, or Real Estate Management). Experience: Minimum 3+years of experience in the real estate industry, customer facing sales roles. Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage financial transactions and legal documentation. Prudent and profound in keeping up with the local market trends and competition analysis.
