About The Role

We are seeking a

dynamic and proactive Client Servicing & Operations

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for events and activations, and can effectively manage both clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and consistently delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events and brand activations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and high execution standards.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, from ideation and budgeting to vendor coordination and on-ground execution.
  • Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors, ensuring quality output and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and expand a network of reliable vendors across different categories.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless execution of brand activations
  • in varied environments like malls, colleges, corporate offices, RWAs, etc.
  • Assist with budget planning, resource allocation, and operational workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any client- or event-related issues swiftly and effectively.

Requirements

  • 1 year to 3 years of experience in client servicing, event management, brand activations, or operations.
  • Proven ability to manage events and activations end-to-end.
  • An existing vendor network is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful and professional presentations.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
