• KRAs : 
• Client Relationship Management
• Act as the single point of contact between the client and internal teams.
• Understand client briefs deeply and translate them into actionable plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
• 
  
• Project Coordination
• Work with creative, design, content, and digital teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Lead weekly internal reviews to track progress and maintain quality control.
• Proactively resolve issues and roadblocks across projects.
• 
  
• Strategic Thinking
• Assist in crafting communication and content strategies aligned with client goals.
• Provide insightful recommendations on marketing, campaign planning, and brand growth.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts.
• Briefing & Reporting
• Write effective creative briefs that align with client vision.
• Present reports, campaign results, and performance summaries to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, deliverables, and feedback.

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong knowledge of branding, marketing, and social media trends
