Client Services Manager -Events & Activations

As a Client Services Manager at Futuera Inc. Events & Promotions, you will play a crucial role in managing corporate clients, delivering exceptional event experiences, and driving successful promotional campaigns. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles within the event management or advertising industry, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing creative briefs, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact between Futuera and its corporate clients, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, collaborating with internal teams to bring client visions to life, and fostering long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery. You will also be expected to participate in brainstorming sessions for events, creative campaigns, and brand activations. The ideal candidate for this role is a female professional who is highly proficient in presentation design, possesses excellent communication skills, and is capable of engaging with high-level clients with confidence and poise. You should be a creative thinker with a track record of pitching innovative ideas tailored to client requirements.
