Job Summary:

Service Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with product implementation, onboarding, and training.
  • Provide on-site or remote service support based on specific client needs.
  • Attend client locations as and when needed—not on a fixed schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain proper records of service activities and client feedback.
  • Educate clients on new product features and ensure optimal usage.

Training & Travel:

  • Comprehensive training will be provided on all company products and client interaction protocols.
  • All travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality/IT/Business preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in service support or client-facing roles preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a comfort level with using tech platforms.
