Client Relationship Executive (Interior Design & Build Services)

About the Role

You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams—driving sales of premium interior design and build services while understanding client needs, preparing accurate BOQs, and ensuring exceptional service and delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Sales

  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals on interior design and build services.
  • Build lasting client relationships through trust, tailored recommendations, and post-sale support.
  • BOQ Preparation & Quantity Take-Offs

  • Examine interior design drawings and specifications to prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Calculate precise material and labor quantities—ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Material & Market Expertise

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of interior materials—usage, quality, sourcing, and pricing.
  • Cost Estimation & Value Engineering

  • Analyze market rates and factor material vs. labor costs to estimate final project values.
  • Recommend cost-effective alternatives without compromising design or quality.
  • Client Coordination & Support

  • Present BOQs, quotations, and proposals to clients; facilitate revisions and negotiate terms.
  • Stay involved through project execution—address deviations, additional billing items, and RA claims.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, estimating, procurement, and execution teams to align on scope, tracking, and project progress.
  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain clear records—client communications, BOQs, vendor quotes, change requests, and billing documentation.


Requirements

  • Education:

    Degree or diploma in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Experience:

    3+ years selling interior design and build services, handling BOQs, and interfacing with customers.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in PPT Presentation, BOQ preparation, material take-offs, and understanding design drawings.
  • Strong command of Excel, familiarity with AutoCAD, and BOQ/estimation.
  • Product Knowledge:

    In-depth awareness of interior finishing products—their applications, quality parameters, and price benchmarks.
  • Soft Skills:

    Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and client-facing abilities.
  • Attitude:

    Result-driven, adaptive, collaborative, ethical, and proactive problem-solving mindset.


Preferred Extras

  • Experience with high-end residential or commercial interior projects.
  • Exposure to vendor negotiation and module-wise cost structuring.
  • Knowledge of tendering and contract practices.
