Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Developer to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, primarily through online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant channels. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek and identify new business opportunities through online freelancing platforms. Develop compelling and persuasive proposals for prospective clients, tailored to their specific needs and requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and the development team; gather project requirements, communicate project updates, and address client concerns effectively. Build and maintain a professional online portfolio to showcase capabilities and attract new clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience (3+ years) in generating business through online freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong proposal writing and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficient in project management principles and client communication. Prior experience or strong understanding of web development and digital marketing services is a significant advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
